When a page is requested and lots of connections are created (images, XMLHttpRequests, etc), many of these requests return a "502 Proxy Error" (see attached image). Now, when I force the proxy to *not* use keep-alives ("SetEnv proxy-nokeepalive 1"), then all the errors disappear. This means the proxy couldn't get a response from the application server.
